Restoration deposit is calculated at 25% of estimated restoration-related charges; the balance is 75%. PSA grading fees are excluded from the deposit and payable upon return. MAX GRADE shown at its $300 cap; actual treatments and final charge may be lower. POA values require a separate quote. Restoration completion dates are estimates based on the Brisbane submission date plus calendar weeks. PSA turnaround estimates are business days and exclude restoration; PSA return/payment dates are not guaranteed.

Payment terms
Restoration and associated handling, slab cracking and priority fees: 25% restoration deposit is required after submitting this form and before commencement of work. Use your submission number as the payment reference. We will issue the final invoice when the job is complete, with the remaining balance payable upon completion. PSA grading is billed separately and is payable when the cards return from PSA, before card release.
Important risk acknowledgement
Restoration may cause further or irreversible damage to cards with existing or hidden defects, even where reasonable care is used. Restoration and grading outcomes are not guaranteed. High-value handling surcharges are not insurance. No insurance is provided by Rocket Restore. Nothing here excludes non-excludable rights under Australian Consumer Law.
